Thirteen years building and running a precision manufacturing company in central Mexico, and a decade before that building national channel partnerships at Sprint and Clearwire. Dual citizen, bilingual, with a live industrial network across Mexican automotive, aerospace, power generation, and rail. I professionalize founder-led companies and build go-to-market from zero, on either side of the border.
If you're building your operator bench at an LMM manufacturing or hardtech firm, I'd welcome a 20-minute conversation about how you evaluate and deploy operators post-close. I keep a sponsor-format operating one-pager covering value-creation levers, adjusted-EBITDA basis, and scale translation. Available on request.
Request the operating one-pagerIf you've recently acquired a company and need a right-hand GM to professionalize operations while you focus on growth, that's exactly where I add the most value.
Talk about your first 100 daysIf you've built something real but your execution engine is breaking under growth, let's talk. I honor what you've built while upgrading the systems that scale it.
Start a conversationIf you advise on LMM manufacturing or hardtech deals and encounter companies that need an operator at or after close, I'd like to be on your radar.
Add me to your benchIf you're expanding a platform into Mexico or Central America and need someone who can build the partner ecosystem from zero and talk to industrial buyers in their own language, I've been on both sides of that sale.
Talk about LatAm expansionIf you're standing up or scaling operations in Mexico, I ran a plant there for thirteen years and know the supply chain, the regulatory path, and the people.
Talk about Mexico80/20 in 90 days. Audit data integrity and conduct bottom-up team interviews to identify value leaks.
Principled scaling. Build living playbooks and decision frameworks that eliminate chaos and give the team the authority to execute.
Operator to autonomous team. Lead from the front to build credibility, then transition to a coach who graduates the team into a self-directed unit.
Separate from the operator work. I own four properties across three Mexican markets: industrial, small-town residential, and pre-construction urban. I bought all of them as a foreigner, in Spanish, through the same paperwork you'd face. Thirteen years living there running a business through the tax authority, the social security institute, the banks, and the notaries. Dual citizen, and the conversation happens in whichever language the other side speaks.
Short-term rental, a place to retire to, or income property. The hard part is rarely finding the building. It's the fideicomiso if you're in the restricted zone, choosing the notario, the tax residency question, and having someone on the ground who answers the phone in your time zone and negotiates in the seller's language.
Talk about buying in MexicoIf your thesis is nearshoring, the property question comes before the operations question, and the two are the same question. I've leased, occupied, and rebuilt industrial space in the Bajío, and I know what a listing won't tell you about power, water, permits, and the labor pool within a thirty-minute drive.
Talk about industrial spaceIf you're building in Guadalajara or the Bajío and want reach into U.S. buyers, I'm one of your buyers already. I can represent inventory to an American audience that needs the process explained in their own language and their own legal frame. I've been through that process from their side.
Talk about representationI'm an operations leader and entrepreneur based in Austin, Texas. I spent thirteen years in central Mexico building and running a precision manufacturing company, transforming a legacy plant into an Industry 4.0 operation that served Tier 1 automotive, aerospace, power generation, and locomotive OEMs.
Before that I built national channel partnerships in tech and eCommerce: the CLEAR indirect channel from zero at Clearwire, closing Amazon, Dell, Lenovo, and NewEgg, plus Sprint's top reseller accounts across a $7M co-marketing budget. I started my career as an economist at the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Running the plant also made me the buyer and operator of exactly the software the industrial-tech category sells: ERP, maintenance, asset management, scheduling, and frontline workflows. I implemented Odoo, ClickUp, Notion, and OpenAI tooling across the business, which means I've sat on both sides of that conversation.
I'm a dual U.S./Mexico citizen, fluent in English and Spanish with advanced French. B.A. in Economics and French from the University of Michigan, DEUG in Applied Economics from Université d'Aix-Marseille. Today I help companies turn complexity into clarity by installing scalable systems, playbooks, and decision models that make operations run.
